Christina has over 20 years of involvement in property management, with a strong background in customer service. Christina currently handles the day to day operations of commercial and HOA accounts receivables as well as accounts payable, with an emphasis on Homeowner Association Management. Since Christina’s return to Metco in 2011 she has proven to be a huge asset to the Metco staff and clientele. Sandy joined Metco in September of 2013. She has a strong background in property management, maintenance and construction. Sandy oversees the day to day operations of vacancy turnovers, scheduling contractors and maintenance staff. She also performs our inspections. Sherry is a native Oregonian who grew up in Pleasant Hill and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. Sherry has over 20 years of management experience in various businesses and nonprofits. She sits on the board of directors on the Pleasant Hill Education Foundation and has been involved with the Foundation for over eight years. Liliana, a California native, moved to Oregon in the early 1990’s with her family. Liliana joined Metco in April of 2013, bringing bilingual experience with an effective communication background in interpreting and translating for our Hispanic clientele. Gary has been with Metco for 23 years and has the distinction of being Metco’s longest employee. We consider ourselves fortunate to have such a skilled, knowledgeable, and loyal employee. Gary’s maintenance abilities are a huge asset to Metco’s clientele and residents. He provides a type of customer service that is hard to come by.
Terina “T” Ashley
Terina joined Metco in April of 2017, as our in-house landscape maintenance person. She has a variety of job duties, including maintaining commercial and residential complexe landscapes, which she accomplishes throughout the day always with a smile on her face. Terina is a valued member of the Metco family and a huge asset to our clients by providing well maintained properties.
METCO additionally employs a staff of skilled building, grounds and cleaning personnel that assure both the property owner and the property occupant a professional level of care and maintenance services. We also are very selective in our choice of specialty contractors that may be required to perform repair and maintenance work on managed properties, including specifications and design details, cost controls and supervision.
