Sherry Bryson
Office Manager
Sherry is a native Oregonian who grew up in Pleasant Hill and holds a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Oregon. Sherry has over 20 years of management experience in various businesses and nonprofits. She sits on the board of directors on the Pleasant Hill Education Foundation and has been involved with the Foundation for over eight years. Her passion is historic restoration and preservation of houses. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, attending Duck games, and doing historic research. Email Sherry

Kim has been a Lane county resident since 1980. As Metco’s Property Manager for the last 17 years, Kim provides our clients with exceptional customer service. Kim has over 37 years of office experience, management and business ownership. Email Kim

Christina Centeno
Association Manager
Christina has over 20 years of involvement in property management, with a strong background in customer service. Christina currently handles the day to day operations of commercial and HOA accounts receivables as well as accounts payable, with an emphasis on Homeowner Association Management. Since Christina’s return to Metco in 2011 she has proven to be a huge asset to the Metco staff and clientele. Tiffany Race
Maintenance Coordinator
Tiffany comes from California with a passion for stray animal rescue. She attended LCC before becoming self employed and working with the disabled as well as in customer service. In her spare time she volunteers at 4J school district and participates in youth coaching. Email Tiffany

KayLynn Hansen

Kaylyn was born and raised in Oregon and came to Metco with an extensive background in office work and customer service. Kaylyn is responsible for the day to day accounts payable and accounts receivable including reviewing and processing invoices and transactions for the company. In her free time, Kaylyn enjoys spending time with friends and family in the outdoors enjoying all the beautiful scenery Oregon and neighboring states have to offer. Kaylyn looks forward to continuing to form close relationships with our vendors and owners.

Patti comes to Metco with over 8 years of office experience. She enjoys the interaction and building of the client relations. She has an all around go to attitude, loves pitching in where needed. After work she enjoys camping, photography, cooking and spending time with family.

METCO additionally employs a staff of skilled building, grounds and cleaning personnel that assure both the property owner and the property occupant a professional level of care and maintenance services. We also are very selective in our choice of specialty contractors that may be required to perform repair and maintenance work on managed properties, including specifications and design details, cost controls and supervision.
